Effects of Student Pressure .
Hello everyone,
Myself Divij Jangid. Welcome back on my social blogs. So Today I came with a unique and important subject on which no one concern about but some time somewhere everyone went through it that is STUDENT PRESSURE.
And today we will discuss about the Effects of Student Pressure.
EFFECTS OF Student Pressure:
First of all we need know what exactly the student pressure mean? I think we should explore it by taking an example like if a child has recently taken admission in a college so obviously it would take some time to settle it down for their rules and regulation and all .But now a days all things are online such as classes, assignments as well as exams but this is exactly a problem like students are not well known about what to do, where to do and how to do. This may results in building pressure of work load and so on. And due to which it may also result in physiological, mental or physical disorders like depression, anxiety, nervousness and stress related disorders which can affect their lives too. Such disorders have already seen in about 8.9 percentages of adolescents and children globally. It obviously indicates that academic stress can results in decreased academic achievement, and also decrease motivation towards their goals and increase the risk of college dropout.
So let as Analysis what are those disorders or challenges which our young generation is passing through?
Physical challenges:
When there are too many stresses in our life or we are facing to much pressure it may manipulate our way of thinking or it can start realising us that we are losers because as a human being it’s a natural phenomenon to go far from our comfort zone. Now what are those problems Let see:
Low energy levels
Headaches
Stomach-aches and nausea
Insomnia
Chest pains
Frequent colds or other illnesses
Shaking or sweating hands and etc.
Physiological challenges:
Like we have discussed about the physical challenges, similarly it has physiological indicators too such as:
Depression
Anxiety
Problems with cognitive functioning
Changes in behaviour, such as being irritable, angry, hostile, frustrated and etc.
According to a British scientist and also with a American Physiological Society, more 44 percentages of students in colleges are facing pressure. Stress and anxiety is the most common they are dealing with. Not only by the Academic pressures but there is three more Pressure which they have to faces at some time of their journey which are:
Financial pressure
Job outlook pressure
Family pressure
So, these are the major effects of Student Pressure which our young generation is facing just because of some reason which we discussed above. Hope is blog should fruitful for all of as to understand the pain of Students.
Thank You
Divij Jangid
